From a US flier, the Orbitz prices are almost always the same price for the ticket, and then you have the additional Orbitz fee (which you don't have on usairways.com). Every once in a while Orbitz/Travelocity/Expedia will show a fare you can't find on usairways.com, so then it's worth it to pay their booking fee.
usairways.com does give the 3000/1000 bonuses and has for some time (they keep extending the expiration like WN's double-online bonus).
