Can anyone point me towards a chart of taxes and duties that are typically levied for each destination region? I'd like to add an approximate charge for each region/destination to a little spreadsheet I've built to help me work out how I might burn my current mile stash.

The £72.10 taxes on a miles only redemption on the bmi site correlates nicely with what ITA say for the same route on a paid for flight:

Tax: United Kingdom Air Passengers Duty £10.00
Tax: United Kingdom Passenger Service Charge £19.70
Tax: BD YQ surcharge £37.00
Tax: Spanish Airport Services Charge €5.10
Tax: Spanish Security Tax €1.61

But I don't really want to have to do this for heaps of destinations .

Doesn't have to be massively accurate, and if the UK taxes + BD charge is the dominant part of most of them then I'll perhaps just add that if they are known quantities.
