Never stayed at the Adlon, but the hotel is a tourist attraction. It is swarming with them, day and night, in the lobby and bar (I know, because I only ever go in to have a drink in the lobby or bar!). Tripadvisor feedback generally not great. It is managed by Kempinski which probably tells you enough.
