Does that law apply to a domestic carrier located in IL (United Airlines) and operating in and out of Hartford CT.A judment in my favor would be rendered in a state small claims court. ( is it called section 1110 ?). I am not a lawyer so a little guidance would be appreciated. I bit of knowledge might give me "leverage of pursuation" . Thanks
