Costco in Washington State today (Vancouver) has the 120/3 cell - you can tell by looking at the card that you take up to purchase it at the register - near the bottom on the back of the card in the specs, it says "3 cell battery"...

I didn't get the Costco number, but plan on asking them to run it through the system to look for the 6 cell. The people at the front can run the number, look for similar (to find the SKU for the other config) and tell you what other warehouses have them and how many...and there is no way that they would be selling different configs on the same SKU number...
