I got some flights coming up in Novemeber where Im the lead person but I also have a friend booked on the same booking ..... but my friend cannot go anymore and I need to get my money back or as much of it as possible for my friends half of the ticket.

Will i get a full refund or will i get a majority back and Thai AW keeps somthing as part of the cancellation process .....

I myself will still be flying on the booking.

Any one know the phone number of the UK Thai AW office in london and opening times as i have not had much joy at presnet tracking the desired info down.

I pressume they re-credit your C/C card that you made the booking with ?
What is the possible time scale for this to get sorted by them ?
