Hi - I haven't been able to get a straight answer on this one.

What's the best way to add a US Helicopter segment to an existing itinerary?
(for full EQM's) - paid ticket.

USH tells me they can do it, the CO website (and the alphabet soup of EQM earnings tells me otherwise).

It's only a short hop, but I don't want to get cheated out of it.
