Geesh, for years I didn't even know we were supposed to get one (I'm embarrassed to tell you all the other things I don't know about w/ regards to UA given how many years I've been flying them w/ status), I finally saw a thread that led me to believe we could get one, then I got excited when I saw the thread that said we could get 2 - and now it's back to the crapshoot method. Crikey.
