Heh... in the US you could always be arrested for resisting arrest if you don't respect an officer's authoritah. That being said I was talking about what the case could be if carrying ID was a requirement.

At the moment it's here for me . It certainly provides a frame of reference; in this case it makes the Japanese police look good.
