Well, since no one has responded, I'll just pipe in to note that it's well located -- an easy walk to the North End, the Waterfront, Faneuil Hall, and directly adjacent to a Blue Line T station -- and looks nice on the outside. As I never have stepped past the front door, I can not comment beyond that. (But then again, as you are from Boston, perhaps you know all that already.)
