Once I was at an MLL, the WiFi was so slow. I guess it might be because too many people were accessing it reducing its bandwidth to nothing. or because there were too many people from outside of the lounge to steal the signal

I had the same situation at HKG a while ago. Fortunately, at the TG lounge, they have another password enabled access point for lounge users to log on.
