I have been told they have one, but it is not documented to the best of my knowledge. In my case, I booked a ticket and then realized that there was a discount code associated with the conference I was attending. I called web services to ask if it could be applied retroactively. Was told no, but that since it was within 24 hours, they could cancel the ticket is I said I had made a mistake. Since I did not want to change either the flights or the travel days, there was no way I could claim a mistake, and had to swallow the loss of the discount.
I would not count on a refund in your case. Could happen - or not.
