I checked the new 3-tier miles chart and found 120,000 is for Premium level Medium Priced destination Asia, but I can see the price level is Low for Feb 5. Does it make sense?

Absolutely! I often find availability opens up at lower tiers close to the departure date. You have lots of time. I'd keep checking daily. I have had DL.COM change the redemption level within minutes. Sometimes for the better.
