Are you referring to ATA? Southwest only worked with ATA because of their Hawaii and Mexico flights..

I suppose there are a couple of domestic cities that could be useful in an Air Tran CS agreement, but overall they wouldn't be bringing nearly enough to the table to make that appealing on Southwest's end. I think Southwest would have more to gain by simply letting AT fold, and eat up that market share in Florida.
