If you have special dietary needs, you can order special meals in advance.
You are entitled to one meal per passenger per meal period. I suppose you could book two people into the sleeper and then try to claim the phantom person's meals. At least if two people are booked in the sleeper, the dining staff would be able to reconcile their orders with the occupancy of the train. I don't know if you can actually do it, though.
