False. We work on a rotating schedule, you bid on a line *by seniority* and then advance through the schedule. But junior and seniors will do the same shifts.....So calling in the A.M. doesnt mean your getting a Senior agent or Vice versa.
Actually, YUL works on a rotating shift. YVR does not. In YVR, a majority of the senior agents work weekdays or in specialized functions, but there are a few exceptions.
