I didn't think DL did one way awards. They price them each way, but I think it is based on RT. For example you can't redeem a oneway domestic for 12,500. Is 60,000 the rt cost for a US-Asia ticket? If so, then yes they can come back down. Will they is another question; one for which I have no answer or clue.
