I'm 36, and started getting white hairs after my dad died, when I was 24. At first I plucked them. Then, I only plucked the ones in the front. Then, I gave up. Now I have threads of white all through my hair.

I don't colour my hair. I figure it is what it is and I have earned those white hairs. Mr. Harlot has had white hairs since I met him when we were 18, and neither of us care.

A lady I worked with stopped dying her hair and went gray-white. She must have been in her mid to late 40s. She did not do any transition...just had these gray roots that grew and grew and grew. It looked strange for a bit, but you knew what she was doing, and I made a point of complimenting her on how she looked. When the dyed hair all grew out, she looked stunning.
