The hotel certificate is a nice perk, but don't really like the 1 MR pt/$1 on non-Marriott purchases, but if you stay at Marriott properties the card is a definite must-have.
Otherwise, would probably recommend some combination of Citi Professional MC (3% for restaurants), Chase Freedom Visa (3% for many different categories) and Fidelity Visa (1.5% on everything) for non-Amex spending.
I would also like to add Citi Drivers Edge MC to your list. It gives you 6 TY points per dollar for 12 months at gas stations, grocery stores etc. After 12 months, its still a very good deal as it gives you 3 TY points at those locations.
