I experience problems accessing the website of Air One in Italy (www.flyairone.it). Anyone knows why? I get the Service unavailable for the last 3 hours.

At the same time I have been trying for the last 2 days to book a FlySmart award with my LH Miles and More miles on the italian carrier without any success. On the 23rd of october there was availability, finish the call and checking back to re-assure for the dates, and when calling back they tell me that they couldn't access the system on the Miles and More service centre in CH.
The next day (24th October) I call back M&M service in CH to book the FlySmart award and they tell me that as of today AirOne FlySmart awards are only booked online, inline with the rest fully integrated M&M airlines. This was not the case according to the M&M website or the information from Air One. I try and of course no Air One flights available to book an award online. Call back to the service centre in CH and they have to check back and forth with supervisors and IT staff. It takes a lot of time and a lot of calls and chats with different employees. Unfortunatelly I was astonished to experience this as I see that concerning that part of M&M in relation to Air One the employees are not informed at all and missinform the customers too. But I have to complement one of the girls in the call centre of M&M in CH (unfortunately I forgot to keep her name) that did everything she could to help me out and even searched into the issue after the phone call and called me back to provide me with alternative solutions and the information she got concerning the issue.

As per now of course no Air One flights available through FlySmart awards as they are supposed to be booked online now, although this is not possible as probably they are not uploaded in the system. At the same time they cannot be booked offline as the rules for FlySmart awards have changed. Too much fuss for such an easy issue on a fully integrated into M&M airline. Of course I could choose to take one of the safer and easier choices such as LX and OS for my award flight, but somehow I wanted to make use of the direct flights out of MXP on Air One in order to save time travelling and more time for business.

Anyhow, frustration that I had to share with the rest and maybe see if there is anyone around having the same experience with M&M and Air One.
