Exactly same here with small difference. Almost every organization within our company cut expenses (travels, hiring, cars replacement, PR etc) immediately without direction from top executives. This time we reacted before were asked to do that

I manage team of frequent travelers but todays almost everybody is grounded except very very important meeting with strategic customers. And I see this as a wide trend.. nobody seems to be surprised with our travel cut or so...

And another problem for me is that next year travel budget for my team has not been approved yet... am going to resubmit it but this time 2/3 of what I had this year
