It's acheived its objective of showing that TK is incapable of following their own published tariffs and abiding by *A rules and that their is recourse to those TK have offended.

Legal stuff or otherwise, I guess we attorneys are only good when you're in need of assistance, otherwise following William S.'s advice we should all be drowned.
