It is simply the best dessert I have had on a UA flight in a LOOONG time.

I can't stand the umpteenth variation of Eli's cheesecake anyway. But let me tell you, that ganache was just heaven. I asked for seconds.

And yes, it's a sin ( think chocolate, cream and butter)
