The question can apply for QR operated / LH coded on M&M too.
In *A, codeshares are (with very few exceptions) irrelevant. If it's operated by QR, it will not earn EQM in any *A program, regardless of whose codeshare you put on it. And when they do matter, it's in the direction of no EQM, not vice versa.
