I've done FRA-CLT in the back of an A330 and FRA-PHL in the back of a 767 (not sure why that was, might have been irregular operations of some sort). I am 5'9" and felt cramped in both.
Upgrade, if you can (miles or whatever other option you have). It doesn't come close to LH, but at least it's a bit better.
