I have spoken with both YVR and YUL call centres.Both have good days and both have off days.Good outweighs the bad.
I have had good success during weekday calls,as well as during the day.Worst is weekend call in.
If you don't like the 1st answer,try calling again and be hopeful of reaching a different agent.
