Interesting I had no idea that there were two different call centers - I am calling from YQR - wonder how it is determined - logically, if calling from the west late at night the call would be answered in Vancouver due to the time difference.
My problem is flights that keep getting changed and I no longer have a connection the same day - YQR-YYZ-CUN. They changed it to YQR-YVR-CUN - which was seriously backtracking - didn't do anything about it as I knew it would probably be changed again - Yep - no longer works - I want someone who will work with the problem - other years when this has happened they have paid for a hotel (bad hotel) in Toronto. I would like to negotiate my trip - YQR-YYZ-CUN my paying for accommodation in Toronto and they change my return to a more direct route. I am probably dreaming.
AP hasn't called yet or changed the itinerary online to one that works - guess I will call them -
