I am returning from LAX to LHR on the 27th and booked in Club World - I always wanted SFO-LHR but at the time of booking it wasn't available. Now there is a window of opportunity (according to the BA Web site), so, I called EC and asked about changing. The first person I spoke to said it was possible, the second said that as the return portion of a ticket it was not possible to change at all.

From the experience of the FTers here, is this right or is it worth me calling again to speak to someone else?
