i have been successful in exchanging a domestic $300 pmo/dollar/ua voucher which goalie-dad rec'd for an inop personal video screen in f fra-sfo. it was when i was a 1k <sigh> and "1k all" was able to do it in about 30 seconds. they asked for goalie-dad's mp number and verified the voucher number and that was it-they issued an int'l (systemwide) pmo/dollar/ua voucher.

my advice is to call back
