I forgot to mention I do have the Marriott card but do not use it b/ of the 1 : 1 rate – all of my stays are paid with my work card and I have a huge amount of Marriott points.

I will only use this card when I cannot use AMEX so it will not be a huge point earner.

Ideally I would want cash back on this card but I will look at Diners Club, Fidelity and Citi Professional.
