Right, contrary to your rantings, it seems that the airline eventually did the right thing to correct poor customer service (not suprising) in KSA.

Sure, what happened to you was wrong, although not the end of the world and certainly the kinds of things that happen from time to time if one flies a lot. How many lawsuits do you think that airlines have against them in the U.S.? Too many to count, I am sure. I cannot imagine why you think that filing suit is the most effective course of action in your situation.

I have been surprised to find TK's customer service (both their toll-free number in the U.S. and in person in Istanbul) to be acceptable, and overall find it a perfectly fine airline, on par with other major European carriers. (On short- and mid-haul routes, I have found their food in Y to be a bit above-average; in C, perhaps a bit below-average.)
