The Embraer website gives the answer to the cabin lay-out question: "The first aircraft will be delivered in November 2008 to KLM cityhopper. Both Régional/Air France and KLM cityhopper EMBRAER 190 jets will be configured in a single class layout, seating up to 100 passengers comfortably." Note the word "comfortably"...

My guesss would be 100 seats 32" or 33" - see the cabin lay-out options at:
http://www.embraercommercialjets.com...p?tela=layouts
but then with seats 1d and f instead of the wardrobe which has no use on KLC planes.
In the 98 seats versions, I think you wouldn't have room for two seats instead of the wardrobe, which HAS use on KLC planes, namely to contain the jackets and suitcases of the crew

I'd guess a modified version of the 106 seats single class with 32" instead of '31 to 32"' and either a slightly bigger galley or a second lavatory as per the 94 seats version.
