When you book a ticket on the bmi site without logging in, it treats you as if you were not a DC member and doesn't allow you to view any of your bookings when you subsequently log in, even if you added your DC number to the booking. It's like its using two different databases. This is one of my biggest gripes about the bmi site. It's really irritating. My guess is you have at some point booked a flight on flybmi.com without logging in first. So, you've got an email from the database that doesn't recognise you as a member. BTW, I got this email too and I booked a flight without logging in only a fortnight ago.
