I have been a diamond club member since 1999 and Gold since 2002...!
I checked the email address they used, it is the same address that I have always had registered in my profile, so nothing new there

I know I shouldn't be surprised at the ineptitude of bmi IT and marketing, but...

Joanna (Diamond Club), if you read this could you please get them to send me a more appropriate email?!? (Preferably the one with 3x status miles !! ;-)
