Yes, very much so. Sometimes I can go for days without having a problem, and other times it happens again after a couple of hours. What prompted me to ask this question, actually, was IE7 freezing up on me again.

I'll take notes, but it really is random. I usually have a bunch of tabs open, but this has not caused IE7 to freak on me before.
