The Embraer website gives the answer to the cabin lay-out question: "The first aircraft will be delivered in November 2008 to KLM cityhopper. Both Régional/Air France and KLM cityhopper EMBRAER 190 jets will be configured in a single class layout, seating up to 100 passengers comfortably." Note the word "comfortably"...

My guesss would be 100 seats 32" or 33" - see the cabin lay-out options at:

but then with seats 1d and f instead of the wardrobe which has no use on KLC planes.
