Booking a RTW ticket almost certainly will require dealing with an agent and not just booking directly online. I've not yet seen an online engine that can handle the number of segments or correctly price out the routing. Get your plans together for which flights you want and then phone it in.
Oneworld are planning on booking Oneworld Explorer fares on-line (http://www.oneworld.com/ow/news/details?objectID=14126) although I don't think it's started yet...
