Im all for doing things that improve investor confidence and investor sentiment... however, letting corporate crooks get a free ride is not something I agree with.

You may be right, but this is another step to isolate Argentina (from foreign investments and else)

Yesterday in BBC News they showed Cristina signing the documents to "confiscate/nationalize" the pension funds .... hundreds of guests applauded. I really feel sorry for Argentina, it's such a beautiful country, wonderful people.
