We did get some run around but overall they handled it well. They did many times say "OK we are doing this..." and then changed thier mind. The couldn't decide if we would run customs in BOS or ORD. So we did alot of sitting around on the plane (luckily we had 20 H&J on the 762). They did customs BOS but they kept being wishy washy about the details. Then the FA said there are no hotels around ORD (you mean no hotels you want to pay for?) so I booked at the Hilton. But when we got to ORD they handed us the Westin voucher so I canceled Hilton. 9K miles is more than double what I have gotten for domestic delays on AA. I never get anything for delays on US Scareways. Warning if re-routed to an airport that the airline does not have service at, they might be there a while to get fuel.
