Yes and yes, although television is something of a misnomer. If you're on the A330, you'll have on-demand video/audio with a choice of several movies, recorded TV programs, and music. If it's the 767, it's the same movie for everyone and no seatback screens, but a limited choice of music channels. I haven't ridden the 757 on trans-Atlantic yet, but think it's like the 767.
From what I hear - I haven't been in the rear part of coach yet - the A330 are tight on legroom in the last several rows.
