Claims resolved by Settlement - after admitting that the senior discount was in fact 60, and not 65; attempting to provide refund for the difference paid of full C R/T of only SAR420 based on full 1-way JED-FCO in Y and full 1-way C for FCO-JED which was immediately rejected; and having no answers for the CIP-IST "cow" who refused my wife entry after reading the TK-IST correspondence to the contrary and refused to honor my *A gold card provided BKK-IST-BKK C-class ticket valid until 23 October 09. Although I can only use it to fly TK, at least they can't switch the A340 to an A321 for a 7500km flight! And, I haven't been to IST (city) in nearly 3-years (been 8-times before).
To those of you who wanted to see the TK plane seized, maybe next time, but a good attorney knows when to call it a day and even "winning" a law suit is really not that much fun for the aggrvation endured.
