I like the Rainbow Room suggestion since it combines entertainment, views and what appears to be a nice dinner with quality food and drink. Other suggestions are still appreciated though.

I don't think we just want to do a "regular" dinner. I did that one year and we ended up outside with no where to be at midnight.
