No. It will be turnaround back from ROB-SAL-ATL. I knows SAL government won't let passengers to get off the plane. I think it will be stopover to get refuel the plane. It will be on their way back to USA by ETOPS ex-TWA aircraft.
I'm sure if DL will continuation the journey the flight from ATL-SAL-ROB and returns back to USA. Please be consideration from DL will have own choice where they are flying back to USA.
