I have had the filet ex-TPE ex-NRT. It's pretty darn bad and worse than ex-USA.
This past weekend, the choices between ORD NRT and TPE have been the filet, a chinese salmon w/ noodles soy sauce , an encrusted chicken w/ rice, and the obento. Out of all the options the obento was the best prepared, but its a UA airline Obento. Its good for UA standards, but at this point even I don't eat the whole thing. Don't forget about the snacks in C class. Strangely, I don't mind munching on the sliced in half sandwiches...
