We are looking to spend NYE in NYC. Looking for a grand experience where we can dress up in formal attire and ring in the new year with a really fun experience. Cost ins't an issue, as long as we keep it under a few thousand for the evening. Transportation and hotel is not part of that number. Thoughts? Suggestions?
