Advice on first-time redemption to Japan
Looking to travel out to Japan next Spring, and have two questions:

1) What's the best carrier for business class? I'm used to Club World on BA, and really appreciate a good night's sleep. Choices for my route are NH, LH, LX and SK (any more and it will be two connections). Any preference?

2) If I decide before then I'd like to go somewhere else (Latin America, for example), can I change the tickets without incurring some crazy charge? Seat availability permitting, of course.
