Different league. Camelback is a Marriott. 20 years ago it was the best in the area, but since then, the competition is fierce. However, I am not a great fan of FS Scottsdale - too high density for me. I hear though that they are finally refurbishing, so maybe that will improve things.
The BEST resort in this area is the Royal Palms Resort & Spa, which is spectacular - best of everything, especially the food. The other great retreat is Sanctuary in Paradise Valley.
