Mine arrived yesterday, and it is still in the box as I got home at about midnight after a loooong flight. I also had a message from T-Mobile on my BB to call them to switch service. So, two questions:

1. For those of you who've already moved over, how easy/painful was the process.

2. Idiot question of the day, it sounds like apps are beginning to appear - where do I find them??
