I'd have to disagree - the window or aisle seats in row 16 are far better in my experience. Huge amount of legroom and no reclining seat in front of you, but more importantly nobody crowding around in front of your legs waiting for the bathroom. This can be hugely annoying in row 7.
On international flights 16 DEF are often blocked until 48-72 hours before the flight so very often they can be grabbed the day before OLCI opens if you are gold or plat. The 752 is my most frequent a/c across the Atlantic these days and it's always been very comfortable in row 16. Row 7 on the other hand has always proved to be annoying.
