Thanks for posting directions lurkerII. They confirm what I thought, though. The location of the hotel is bad.

Being stuck out near the airport would be a really poor choice for a stay in Kuching. The Hilton, the Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn are in a far, far better location, right next to the river in the city of town.

I'm sure the Four Points is very nice but the location would rule it out for most people.
